My name is Tawanda I'm originally from Chicago, Illinois. Having 2 sons of my own I've experience many challenges after having my first son I experience postpartum depression because I wasn't getting enough rest, and feeling alone so I would cry often. I didn't know anything about Postpartum depression until I started working in a hospital. I started doing research on postpartum depression. When I was given the opportunity to start a business I made sure to include becoming An Advocate for Postpartum Depression. My heart and soul is to becoming the best I can  with helping families in anyway possible. A Caring Hand is well rounded in caring for the entire family.
